In healthcare applications our digital systems exceed the criteria of HBN26 (Facilities for Surgical Procedures), HTM64 (Sanitary Assemblies in Healthcare) and HBN57 (Facilities for Critical Care).
SETTING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS
Guaranteed quality
The guiding principle behind every part of our work is to exceed the expectations of our customers by continuously improving the quality and performance of the products and service we offer. With this in mind, we operate to a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. We also work to develop a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs, both current and future, so that we can continue providing solutions which offer the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Committed to the environment
We are fully committed to minimising the environmental impact of our operations wherever possible. As well as operating an Environmental Management system that adheres to the strict guidelines of ISO 140001, we also work continuously to reduce our energy consumption, to reduce the creation of waste and to recycle materials wherever possible.
We extend this approach to every aspect of our activities, ranging from producing our brochures on paper from sustainable sources, through to the creation of products which minimise their consumption of energy and water yet still provide outstanding performance.
Meeting targets
We continually work to achieve the appropriate approvals and accreditations so that our customers can be sure of the quality of the products and services we provide.
Both Rada Acu and Rada Sense have been awarded TMV 2 and TMV 3 status through an independent specialist scheme administered by BuildCert, the approval arm of the WRC. (TMV2 addresses potential hot water scalding issues in domestic properties, while TMV3 assesses the suitability of thermostatic mixing valves to applications involving those who are most at risk from scalding.) The Rada Digital products also meet the stringent NHS Estates DO8 Standard requirements for higher risk and healthcare installations, and those of BS7942. These independent approvals underline the ability of both Rada Sense and Rada Digital to perform both effectively and safely in many different types of application.
The water and energy saving nature of our Rada Digital products can also help our customers achieving the standards required by such rating systems as the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) and the Code for Sustainable Homes.
